Qualifications: All renters must be 25 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Acceptable payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks.

Reservation deposit: A deposit of $250 will secure the RV for reservations up to 30 days prior to departure. This is beneficial for peak and holiday periods. This deposit is transferable in the event of a cancellation but is not refundable in cash. This deposit will count towards the security deposit.

Security Deposit: A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve an RV within 30 days of departure. This deposit is held as security and is returned within 72 hours of the RV being returned clean, free of damage, refueled (gas and propane) and the holding tanks dumped. As with the reservation deposit this deposit is transferable in the event of a cancellation but is not refundable in cash.

Motorhome Insurance: The renter must provide proof of comprehensive/collision. Visit our insurance page to get the vehicle information for your insurance agent.

Trailer insurance: The renter must provide proof of comprehensive/collision insurance. Generally the trailer is covered by the tow vehicles insurance. We need documentation of this.

Tow Vehicle requirements: The tow vehicle must have a sufficient tow rating for the trailer. See the specifications on our web site. The tow vehicle must have a Class III hitch with a 7 pin trailer connector. The vehicle must have an electric brake controller. A list of vendors are available on our internet site.

Pets are welcome on approval: The renter is responsible for any damage and the security deposit will be used to repair any damage.

Gray and Black Water Tanks: The tanks must be dumped prior to returning. We can give you training if necessary. We have a list of local sites if necessary. Note that the gauges on these tanks are generally inaccurate. A fee of $50.00 will be charge if the tanks are not dumped. We will dump them as part of the contract if pre-paid.

Accessories: Accessories are available for rent at nominal prices. We have Bike racks, Bikes, household kits, personal kits, BBQ’s and more. Call for pricing and details.

Free coaching and roadside assistance calls: We contract with a mobile RV repair service and have access to the manufacturer’s roadside assistance. You will be given the appropriate numbers on the day of departure.

Incidental damage: There are risks with traveling including, broken windshields, flat tires and damaged awnings. The renter bears the financial responsibility for these items during the rental period.

Late charges: All vehicles must be returned at the agreed upon time. You may be able to extend your rental by calling prior to the drop off time. A charge of $50 per hour will be charged for inappropriate late arrivals. Again, call us if you are going to be late.
